Pricing, in the order you would use it
Start with the free AWS bill check. If you want us to make the cuts, we just keep 25% of what we saved you. After that, the server review is free for clients, and a monthly plan is there only if you want the rest looked after.
Four steps, and you can stop after any of them
Step 1
Free AWS bill check
Every dollar on your AWS bill you could stop paying, ranked, in dollars. You keep the report.
Free AWS bill checkStep 2
We cut the bill
You approve each change, we make it, and the saving is measured on your real invoice. No savings, no fee.
How the 25% worksStep 3
Free server review for clients
Backups, alerts, old logins and updates, checked the same way. A ranked list you can fix yourself.
The server reviewStep 4
Monthly plans, if you want them
Guard, Watch or Operate keep the fixes in place, so the work stays off your developers.

Step 2: We just keep 25% of what we saved you
If you want us to make the cuts from your report, we just keep 25% of what we saved you, measured on your real invoice. You keep the other 75%. If the invoice does not go down, we bill nothing.
The terms, in full:
- Checked on your invoice. Savings are measured on your real AWS invoice, not on a dashboard estimate.
- Against your own baseline. We compare with your own bill from the three months before we start, not with list prices.
- Your existing discounts are yours. Discounts you already have are not counted as our savings, and we don't bill for them.
- No savings, no fee. If a change saves nothing on the invoice, our fee on it is zero.
- You approve every change. Each change comes as a written note first. Long-term discounts are sized to your lowest month, and nothing is bought until you approve it.
- No reseller. Your AWS account and your bill stay yours. We never become your billing contact.
- Stop any month. There is no exit fee, and our share ends when you stop.
Example: the invoice goes from $14,820 to $12,820, a drop of $2,000.
Step 3: Free server review for clients
Once the savings show on your invoice, we look at the rest of your setup the same way, read-only: whether a backup has ever been restored, who hears about an outage first, old logins and keys that still work, and servers behind on updates.
You get a short ranked list, free for bill-check clients. Fix it yourself, or ask us. Want a feel for it now? The 2-minute self-check asks the same questions about your setup, in the browser.
Step 4: Monthly plans
"A bigger server fixed my speed problem. It didn't back anything up when I needed it." We do the boring things you probably forgot, and keep the bill down while we're at it.
Use a plan when you want the fixes from the server review to keep happening. Every plan is month to month with no exit fee, and you approve every change in writing before it happens. Your billing stays yours.
Monthly plans
Three plans, prices printed
Plans come after the bill check and the server review. You see what we found before you pick one, and you can fix it yourself instead.
Guard
Doors, access, updates, and expiry stay watched.
The app is stable. Someone on your team already ships releases. The open question is who can still get in, what is patched, and what expires next.
setup $1,500 one-time
- Security monitoring and alerts
- Software updates on a schedule, tested before they go live (updates)
- Locked-down servers and network rules
- Regular access reviews: who can still get in, and closing what nobody claims (security)
- Certificate and domain expiry watch
Watch
Hear before customers, backups proven, bill explained.
You have paying customers. You want the first alert about an outage to come from us, a backup that has been restore-tested, and a bill you can explain line by line.
setup $1,500 one-time
- Everything in Guard, plus
- Uptime checks from outside your systems, with alerts coming to us first (monitoring)
- Backups restore-tested on a schedule, with the restore time written down (backups)
- Monthly cost report, with unusual lines explained in plain words
- Disk and database capacity watch, so a full disk is a ticket and not an outage
Operate
Keep developers shipping through releases and incidents.
Nobody on your team wants to own the servers. Releases and incidents keep taking developers off the roadmap.
setup quoted after the review
- Everything in Watch, plus
- Releases handled, with a way back if one fails (releases)
- Incident handling when something breaks
- Infrastructure changes on request
- One engineer who knows your setup, so you don't explain it twice

Watch, $1,200 a month
What a month on Watch looks like
Short notes in your team chat or by email. Most need nothing from you. When something costs money or changes a system, we ask first and wait for a yes.
- Restore tests with the time written down
- Dates renewed before they expire
- New bill lines explained, with a question when it matters
What the setup covers
For Guard and Watch, the $1,500 setup is the first month of real work: we list what runs where, put monitoring and backups in place, close the obvious gaps from your server review, and write down how each part can be recovered. You approve each change before we make it.
When to pick which
| If this sounds like you | Start with |
|---|---|
| The app is stable and someone on your team handles releases, but nobody owns security, updates or access | Guard |
| You have paying customers and you would rather hear about an outage from us than from them | Watch |
| Nobody on your team wants to own servers at all, and releases or incidents keep pulling your developers off the roadmap | Operate |
| You are not sure | The free AWS bill check, then decide with the reports in hand |
Moving off VMware
We move virtual machines from VMware to Proxmox, an open-source platform without per-core licence fees. The move is priced per VM after an assessment of your inventory export, and each VM gets a written rollback plan before it moves. See VMware to Proxmox.
What every plan includes
- You approve every change before it happens, in writing.

- Your data and your billing stay in your own accounts.
- Access can be removed with one click, with no penalty.
- Prices on this page are the prices. Anything outside a plan is quoted in writing before work starts.
