Who we are
This website is run by KeelOps. Questions about your data: privacy@keelops.co.
What we collect through the form
Your work email, company website, role, monthly bill range, what you need help with and any note you write. We also store the page you sent it from, the referring site, campaign tags in the link (such as utm_source), ad click IDs (fbclid, gclid) if present, and your browser type.
The risk self-check
Your result is worked out in your browser and nothing is sent while you answer. Your answers, your score and your work email and company website are only stored if you choose to send them at the end and tick the consent box. We use them to reply with your results or to prepare the free review you asked for.
Why we use it
Only to reply to your request, judge whether we can help, and understand which of our ads and pages bring useful requests. We do not sell your details and we do not add you to a newsletter.
Where it is stored and for how long
Form and check entries are stored in a database hosted by our service providers. We keep a request for up to 24 months after our last contact, then delete it, unless you become a client and the data is needed for the contract.
Service providers
Website hosting and the database are provided by third-party providers who process the data on our behalf. If we enable advertising measurement in future (Meta and Google), this page will say so before it is switched on, and those tags will only measure page visits and completed requests.
Review access to your systems
If you go ahead with the free review, you grant view-only access to your own cloud account. That access cannot change anything and cannot open stored files or database records. You can remove it at any time by deleting the role, and we ask you to remove it when the review is done.
Your choices
You can ask us to show, correct or delete what we hold about you at any time by writing to the address above. California residents can use the same address for requests under the CCPA. We will reply within 30 days.
