- View-only first. For the free AWS bill check you connect view-only access in your own account. We can read settings and the bill; we cannot change anything or open your stored files or database records.
- Software does the routine checking. Bill lines, idle resources, backups, who has access, what is open to the internet. It takes minutes, which is why the bill check and the server review are free.
- A senior engineer reviews everything. False alarms come out, and every finding and dollar figure is checked before you see it.
- You approve every change. Each change comes as a short note: what changes, why, what it saves or protects, and how to undo it. Nothing happens until you say yes.
- Everything is logged. Every action we take is recorded, and you get the log. Remove our access at any time with one click, no penalty.
